The assembly has a disk chassis (1) with a magnetically induced body in its center to generate a magnetic field, and a vibration diaphragm (3) placed on the chassis. The diaphragm has an annular lower modulator section with a distal end curved in an L-shape. A sound modulator (2) has two sides, which are combined at the L-shaped distal end, and is placed in the diaphragm. The body is placed below the modulator, and a dustproof cover (4) is placed on an upper side of the modulator.
