PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide devices for treating urinary incontinence.;SOLUTION: A guide member placement member for inserting a guide member into the body tissue, is provided with a shaft having a lumen extending through a proximal end and a distal end. The lumen comprises a shaft adapted for receiving the guide member and an engaging member which is the distal end of the shaft to engage with another guide member placement member. This guide member placement member can comprise a handle with a lumen extending through a blunt dissection tip at the distal end of the shaft, and the proximal end of the shaft is mounted on the handle, and, as a result, the lumen of the shaft and the lumen of the handle are aligned.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
