METHOD FOR PRESS-WORKING OF PROJECTING PART, AND CANCEL PLATE HAVING THE PROJECTING PART

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for press-working capable of suppressing the generation of a failure such as a crack on a projecting part equipped with a straight part on the side surface and elevating the height of the projecting part, and a cancel plate provided with the projecting part by the method of this press-working. PSOLUTION: In the press-working method for forming a projecting part 21 on a cancel plate W2 by holding the cancel plate W2 as a plate by an upper punch P2 and a lower punch P3, the upper punch P2 has a taper part P2b on its fore end P2a; the lower punch P3 arranged concentrically with the upper punch P2 has a taper part P3a on its fore end side; and the taper part P3a of the lower punch P3 is arranged in an area including a taper part P2b of the upper punch P2 when viewed from the punching direction of the upper punch P2. When performing the press-working, the upper punch P2 is pressed in the direction of the lower punch P3 to form the projecting part 21 on the cancel plate W2. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
