PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a high porosity reformed sulfur solidification object in which a porous body with high porosity using a reforming sulfur and a shoulder bone material can be manufactured easily and efficiently, and a bulk utilization of an abandonment shell is also expectable and to provide a structure for oceans equipped with the solidification object acquired by the manufacturing process. PSOLUTION: The manufacturing process of this invention comprises a step (A) of filling up with a shoulder bone material (a) in a receptacle for the bone material to a lower part, etc., having a domain (X) through which melting reforming sulfur middle materials can be passed and through which the shoulder bone material (a) cannot pass, a step (B) of containing and conserving the melting materials in the receptacle for the melting materials that can hold and conserve these melting materials and can be immersed in the receptacle filled up with the bone material (a), a step (C) of immersing the receptacle which held the bone material (a) at the step (A) into these melting materials in the step (B), a step (D) of pulling up the immersed receptacle and ejecting these melting materials of surplus in the receptacle from the domain (X), and a step (E) of cooling and solidifying these melting materials in the receptacle for the bone material after the step (D).
