PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold form for forming a sulfur solidified body by cooling and solidifying a molten sulfur-containing material poured into a cavity surrounded by a bottom plate part and side plate parts, and to provide a production method for forming the sulfur solidified body by using the mold form.;SOLUTION: The mold form 1 is used for forming the sulfur solidified body by cooling and solidifying the molten sulfur-containing material poured into the cavity C surrounded by the bottom plate part 5 and side plate parts 2, 3, 4 arranged in a standing state in the peripheral part of the bottom plate part 5. At least the bottom plate part 5 of the bottom plate part 5 and the side plate parts 2, 3, 4 is formed to have a double structure in order to provide a steam chamber 7.
