PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seating chart creation system in a contact center, which can create a seating chart with seats and agents associated in the contact center according to an arbitrary seat layout.;SOLUTION: The seating chart creation system which creates a seating chart in the contact center using a computer has a data controller 220 that associates information on seats of the contact center, which is inputted from the computer, with information on extension telephones of the contact center, and a seat component generator 230 that generates a plurality of seat components to create a seating chart through a display part of the computer based on the information on mutually associated seats and extension telephones.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
