PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work flow determining method, work flow determination system and work flow determination program capable of automatically determining a route in a suitable work flow without needing an instruction from an applicant.;SOLUTION: The work flow determining method comprises: an applicant identification information acquiring step for acquiring identification information for identifying an applicant; an application contents acquiring step for acquiring application contents to be a work flow target; an application route frame specifying step for referring to an application route frame holding means 120 for associating an application route frame showing respective posts and confirmation orders of a plurality of confirmers with application contents to store them and specifying an application route frame; a confirmer specifying step for specifying a confirmer corresponding to each post included in the application route frame on the basis of organization information held by an organization information holding means 122 holding organization information with the identification information of each person associated with the post of each person; and an application route creating step for creating an application route including the confirmer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
