PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a small base station device to autonomously assign spreading codes.;SOLUTION: A Home BTS 10 acquires its position information from a GPS satellite 50 so as to transmit the acquired position information to a base station controller 20 via an IP network. After that, the Home BTS 10 assigns spreading codes, which are received from the base station controller 20, other than spreading codes used by #1, #2, and #3 BTSs 30 installed in the periphery. The base station controller 20 refers to the pre-stored spreading code data so as to specify the #1, #2, and #3 BTSs 30 installed in the periphery of the Home BTS 10 from the position information received from the Home BTS 10.
