PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination system capable of objectively, quantitatively and minutely examining the content and level of the disability of a disabled person with the disability in the visual space recognition such as hemilateral space ignorance or with the visual impairment, etc. PSOLUTION: The examination system is composed of a head-mounted display 11 with an imaging element such as a CCD, and a computer 12. The examination system is structured so that the coordinate system of the image displayed in the head-mounted display 11 can be set as the object-center coordinate system or the body-center coordinate system. The image captured by the imaging element is taken in the computer 12 to be processed by a prescribed process, and the processed image is displayed in the head-mounted display 11.
