PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer an aerobics maintenance apparatus which gives out a predetermined notice when it detects that the state of an effective aerobics exercise training is continued for a specified time.;SOLUTION: The aerobics exercise maintenance apparatus gives out a predetermined notice when it detects that the state of an effective aerobics exercise training is continued for a specified time. The apparatus has a first and a second detection means, a time counting means and a notice means. The first detection means detects the user's cardiac beats, and the second detection means detects the state of an effective aerobics training based on the detected user's cardiac beats and the predetermined standard cardiac beats, and the time counting means counts time during which the state of an effective aerobics training is continued and the notice means gives out a predetermined notice when the counted time meets the preset time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
