PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing toilet seat device having a multi-stage washing nozzle capable of surely washing the body of a nozzle before use and a toilet apparatus using the sanitary washing toilet seat device.;SOLUTION: This sanitary washing toilet seat device comprises a nozzle head having a jetting port, a cylinder part capable of containing at least a part of the nozzle head, a washing chamber capable of washing the nozzle head and the cylinder part, and a drive means for imparting a drive for moving forward at least the nozzle head and the cylinder part. The cylinder part extends through the nozzle washing chamber in the forward moved state. When the drive force is imparted to the nozzle head and the cylinder part by the drive means when they are moved forward from the retreated state, the nozzle head and the cylinder part are moved forward together after the nozzle head is moved forward.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
