PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of the identification result of a haplotype block and the selection result of a haplotype tag SNPs. PSOLUTION: Resampling processing (S502) extracts the predetermined number N of DNA sample IDs from an DNA sample DB, and executes the resampling of the N pieces of DNA sample IDs whose duplicate selection is permitted from among the predetermined number N of DNA sample IDs predetermined number of times. A resample panel generation processing (S503) generates a resample panel for every SNP by associating the resampled DNA sample ID group with the SNP information. A linkage disequilibrium analysis processing (S504) executes linkage disequilibrium analysis by using the resample panel. Identification/selection processing (S505) specifies the haplotype block and haplotype tag SNP from the linkage disequilibrium map, and calculates transgenesis frequency and the selection frequency of the haplotype tag SNP.
