PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ETC temporary entrance/exit system, ETC temporary entrance/eixt processing method and a vehicle for an ETC temporary entrance/exit, for performing ETC processing even in any place a tollgate lane where an ECT system fails, or the ETC system is not installed.;SOLUTION: This ETC temporary entrance/exit system 1 to be used for the entrance or exit of a temporarily installed payroad with portability is provided with: an operation display part 2 for inputting tollgate information as information for specifying a tollgate; an IC card processing part 4 for reading and writing information for an IC card 3 corresponding to an ETC; a storage part for storing information read and written from/to the IC card 3 corresponding to the ETC; and a control part 5 for controlling the operation display part 2, the IC card processing part 4 and the storage part.
