PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card charging system for managing defect/fraudulent generated in a card and the using circumstances of the card by relatively simple configurations. PSOLUTION: This card charging system 1 is configured of a card issuing device 7 for writing information in a card based on an input sum, and for ejecting the card and a card charging device 6 for reading the information written in the card, and for validating the use of equipment based on the read information. The card issuing device 7 is provided with a communication means for performing data communication through a power line 8 with the card charging device 6, and configured to manage the information of the card, transmitted from the card charging device 6 by associating it with the ID of the card. The card charging device 6 is provided with a communication means for performing data communication through the power line 8 with the card issuing device 7, and configured to transmit the information written in the card and the ID of the card to the card issuing device 7.
