PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely automatically display various kinds of pictures on a display.;SOLUTION: A promotion content control system comprises: a storage device 30 storing an arbitrary picture display data group; an input means 21 for accepting an input of picture display control conditions; and a module generating means 22 for generating a picture display control module 33 for controlling the display of a picture on the basis of the picture display control conditions and an external control module 34 for controlling an external application to be executed on a background during picture display. The picture display control module 33 controls a read control means 23 for selectively reading picture display data 31, a picture transfer means for transferring a picture to a display device 40 and displaying it, and a time control means 25 for controlling a picture display starting time and display ending time.
