PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house visit system and method for preventing some persons from occupying a collective entrance unit in a long time even in a large-scaled multiple dwelling house where the number of houses is relatively large.;SOLUTION: In a multiple dwelling house visit system, when all visit destinations are input by a reception terminal 1 by a home delivery undertaker, the room information of the visit destinations is transmitted from the reception terminal 1 to a management device 2. The management device 2 performs the multi-address transmission of a notification signal to interphones 3 of rooms at the visit destinations. The interphone 3 receives the notification signal, and rings according to the notification signal. When a resident depresses the home delivery button of the interphone 3 in the case of accepting visit, the signal showing that the visit has been accepted is transmitted to the management device 2. The management device 2 totals the signals showing that the visit has been accepted, and transmits the result to the reception terminal 1.
