PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a Trichophyton fungus (trichophyton), by which the Trichophyton fungus can be detected in an extremely shorter time than by a culturing method requiring long time and more highly sensitively and more accurately than by the culturing method and a microscopic method.;SOLUTION: This method for detecting the Trichophyton fungus, by which the Trichophyton fungus can quickly and accurately be detected by a polymerase proliferation method and a DNA microarray using a DNA having a specific base sequence obtained from the genome of the Trichophyton fungus or its complementary sequence.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
