PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost by omitting adhesion of another sealant even when a hood inner panel with a hood seal rubber being fitted thereto partially has a recessed portion. PSOLUTION: Both a mounting base part 3 and a sub lip 7 are seated or elastically brought into contact with an inner panel 1a in a general part side 1c of the hood inner panel 1a without any shape change, and elastically brought into contact with a counter member 20 by the deflection of a seal lip 4 itself. On a recessed part 1d side lower than the general part 1c, the sub lip 7 is erected and elastically brought into contact with the inner panel 1a by deflecting the seal lip 4 with a notched part 8 as a starting point while the mounting base part 3 is not seated on the inner panel 1a.
