PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portal precast concrete drain structure, a drain system using the portal precast concrete drain structure and a portal member used for the portal precast concrete drain structure, superior in construction workability, and capable of efficiently recovering and draining sediment.;SOLUTION: Arm parts 16c and 16c having a pair of steps parts 16d and 16d on the upper surface side, respectively, are and integrally projected outward from respective outside surfaces of both right-left leg members 16 and 16 of the portal member 13, respectively. A position in the height direction of the upper surface of these steps 16d is positioned downward by the thickness of a paving precast concrete plate material 15 from the upper surface 14 of the portal member 13.
