PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a deep hole cutting method for remarkably improving a cutting capability.;SOLUTION: When a core having a diameter proportional to a lowering amount ε from the center line of a cutting edge part 2 of a drill head 1 is generated and formed in a non-cutting zone with a spiral moving angle at which a contact point between the cutting edge part 2 and the core spirally moves in proportion to a linear feed amount s of the cutting edge part 2 set as θ, deep hole cutting is executed while setting the lowering amount ε from the center line of the cutting edge part of the drill and the feed amount s in a range as shown in Fig. A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
