METHOD AND DEVICE OF THOROUGH DUST REMOVING, STEAM REMOVING, COMBUSTION DEODORIZING SYSTEM FOR CIRCULATION TYPE EXHAUST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device of a thorough dust removing, steam removing and combustion deodorizing system for circulation-type exhaust for treating soot and dust/steam/odor generated in operating a swirl flow hot air drying device (Patent Application No. 2000-404312 by this applicant).;SOLUTION: In this thorough dust removing, steam removing and combustion deodorizing device, dust is removed from hot air used in drying by a spherical cyclone (Patent No. 1999741 by this applicant), steam is removed by using steam trap, and the air thereafter is distributed as cooling air for a burner in a swirl flow hot air furnace through a duct burnt and deodorized at 700°C, as a moisture content in an industrial waste is evaporated as the steam when the drying of industrial wastes of high moisture content progresses, a dried solid matter generates soot and dust, when the treatment progresses to achieve a moisture percentage of 10% or less, and further odor is also generated when a raw material is waste.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
