FOLDABLE PACKAGING BOX FORMING MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable packaging box forming material and its manufacturing process which are free from the problem of swelling due to the heaping of the flaps of the built up packaging boxes.;SOLUTION: The packaging box forming material 100 is constituted of a surface constituent portion with a first surface 1, second surface 2, third surface 3 and fourth surface 4 being continuously sequenced, of flaps 11 and 12 provided on both the sides of the first surface 1, of flaps 31 and 32 provided on both the sides of the third surface 3, and of an edge 5 left for applying adhesive provided at the tip of the fourth surface 4, having no flaps on either side of the second surface 2 and fourth surface 4 respectively. The manufacturing process of the packaging box forming material has the steps of supplying raw materials 200 to a flexographic press 300, wherein four flaps, namely, flaps 21, 22, 41 and 42 are severed, for removing, by a severing blade portion 304.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
