PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC client software authentication system and a PC client software authentication method for performing the same authentication as authentication to be performed by the terminal of a traveling object even from PC client software cooperatively with the terminal of the traveling object and the PC client software.;SOLUTION: A one time password is transmitted from PC client software in which the portable telephone number and one time password of a user are embedded to a PC software management server 4, and the one time password is converted into a portable telephone number by using relevant information acquired by associating the portable telephone number and password of the user, and transmitted to a mobile communication network center 6 in the PC software management server 4, and the transmitted portable telephone number is converted into user ID by using the relevant information acquired by associating the portable telephone number and the user ID in the mobile communication network center 6, and the user of the user ID is specified by using the user ID in a CP server 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
