PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a download of a program to a terminal side device by a center side device in a lump to reduce communication cost generated in the terminal side device, in a telemeter system.;SOLUTION: When the center side device 12 transmits a requirement signal for requiring version information of the program downloaded to the terminal side device 10, a terminal side control part 20 of the terminal side device 10 acquires the version information of the program stored in a storage part 21, and transmits it to the center side device 12 through a communication part 18 by use of short message service or the like.
