PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business form preparation method for enabling a user of a system to prepare his desired business form by a simple operation even when the user does not have any special knowledge.;SOLUTION: This business form preparation method comprises a process for, when a template corresponding to a desired business form is selected from the list of templates, confirming the existence of a virtual table corresponding to the selected template by referring to a database; a process for, when any virtual table corresponding to the selected template does not exist in the database, confirming the existence of business form data for preparing the virtual table by referring to extraction information in the database; and a process for, when the business form data exist in the database, requesting the preparation of the virtual table corresponding to the desired business form by designating the extraction information for the virtual table preparation means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
