MEASURING INSTRUMENT OF EXHALATION COMPONENT AND EXHALATION COMPONENT MEASURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument of an exhalation component, which provides a measuring result of high reliability and inexpensively measures the exhalation component, and also to provide an exhalation component dissolving method.;SOLUTION: After the solution in an exhalation component dissolving container is stirred by blowing the exhalation at the time of hunger of an examinee in to the container, the solution is sampled as a first sample and the exhalation of the examinee at the point of time when a predetermined time is elapsed after urine is orally administered to the examinee is blown in a separate exhalation component dissolving container to stirr the solution in the container before the solution is sampled as a second sample. The concentrations of ammonia contained in the samples are respectively electrochemically measured using a flow injection type exhalation component measuring instrument 100 and the measuring results are compared with each other to judge whether microorganisms having a urease activity are present in the stomach of the examinee.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
