PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect vibrations of rails with an inexpensive detection means from inside an inspection car or a train in service, or externally from the car or train. PSOLUTION: A rail-fastening device is constituted of the balanced magnetic acceleration sensor for detecting the vibration of the rail, and the detection means of battery-less RFID tag with sensor input function for measuring loose amount and amount of vibration of the rail-fastening device and for transmitting measurement data by radio communication, and at a fixed distance places around the railway or in the car (inspection car or train in operation) a plurality of the readers for reading the measurement data transmitted from the inspection means and for acquiring previously set proper ID data, and also the data processor, connected to the reader for obtaining the vibration amount of the rail by real-time operation and analysis of the data obtained from the reader.
