PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content provision service system allowing improvement of a use rate of a content. PSOLUTION: In this content provision service system, a cellphone 100 has: a browser part 160 operably browsing the content during execution on a content provision server; a first time reception part 162 receiving operation of a prescribed operation key and performing setting as first time so as to designate the first time that is a condition for determining the content executed on the content provision server, on the browser 160; a second time reception part 164 receiving operation of a prescribed operation key and performing setting as second time so as to designate the second time that is a further condition on the browser part 160 after the first time reception part 162 receives the first time; and a time transmission part 166 transmitting the first time and the second time to the content provision server.
