PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity quality control support system for controlling the quality due to performance deterioration with time which occurs in commodities such as lubricating oil delivered to a specific customer who has concluded a contract of the quality control in advance.;SOLUTION: The quality control support system for delivered commodities on the basis of the contract concluded in advance between the customer and an operator operating the quality control support system for the delivered commodities. The system is provided with a server, a test section terminal, and at least one counter terminal which are connected on line, stores contract data into the server, transmits test request data related to the test request in response to the test request from the customer to store them, collates test sample specifying data transmitted by the customer with the test request data of the customer and the contract data stored in the server at the test section terminal, and stores the test result data into the server so that they can be collated from the counter terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
