PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm the transmission source and content of an incoming e-mail by knowing the content of a text of a received e-mail only by hearing the ringtone without requiring key operation by a user while utilizing a function of discriminating the transmission source of the e-mail only by the ringtone. PSOLUTION: When an emotion recognition engine 26 acquires an emotional pattern of "pleasant" from an incoming e-mail text, a control part 21 acquires an arrangement pattern as arrange information of "dynamic and high-pitched sound" and a voice synthesis parameter from an emotion table 24. A voice synthesis part 27 synthesizes voice synthesis parameter information based on the emotion pattern and the arrangement information and a preset ringtone discriminating individuals.
