PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel vegetable craft good for sweets, a side dish or also a main dish, usable as raw material for new cuisine, comprising pizza, okonomiyaki (a flat pancake made of batter and various ingredients) or potato chips, different from fried potato, and having relatively low calories, and provide cooked food using the vegetable craft as raw material: and to provide a method for producing the vegetable craft.;SOLUTION: The vegetable craft is new food using vegetables as a base and mainly contains much starch and saccharide, and obtained through the following process: placing food containing animal protein and thinly sliced, julienned, and chopped or crushed vegetables in a plate state; heating the food richly containing the vegetables and the animal protein and placed in a plate state with a heating cooker so as to be cooked and bonded via the starch and/or the saccharide originated in the food.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
