PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate simple analysis of an amount of energy consumption in an overall manufacturing factory including a utility apparatus, based on the lot flow of a manufacturing apparatus.;SOLUTION: From input data, an amount of required power for use in each manufacturing apparatus is extracted in time series (processing portion 5), and an amount of required power for use in each classified process is extracted in time series (processing portion 6). From the amount of required power for use in each manufacturing apparatus and each classified process, a total required amount in time series is calculated on a basis of the power for each use. Based on energy data, an amount of time-series energy consumption is calculated (processing portion 7). By performing proportional calculation of the amount of energy consumption by the ratio of the amount of required power for use in each manufacturing apparatus and each classified process to the total amount of requirement in time series calculated above, individual energy consumption for supplying the power for use in each manufacturing apparatus and each classified process is calculated.
