PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet for criminal identification, capable of imparting evidence falcification-proof function without substantially increasing cost by preserving collected imprints in between adhesive layers, with no limitation of handling sheet upper part and lower part after peeled off a separator, and adaptible to the case of cutting use, and to provide a method for producing the adhesive sheet. PSOLUTION: The adhesive sheet for criminal identification is such as to transfer visualized imprints onto the surface of an adhesive layer and collect them. The adhesive sheet comprises (A) a sheet upper part 10 as a laminate consisting of a printed layer 12, a base layer 14 and an adhesive layer 16 and (B) a sheet lower part 20 as a laminate consisting of the separator 30, a base layer 24 and an adhesive layer 22, wherein the adhesive layer 16 and the adhesive layer 22 are laminated, via the separator 30, with each other.
