PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location information notification system, a mobile phone, and a location information notification method which detect actual behavior of a user possessing the mobile phone, compare the actual behavior with an ordinary behavioral pattern of the user, and when deviation within a prescribed range takes place between both behavior, automatically notify the deviation to a prescribed party to be notified. PSOLUTION: The location information notification system includes the mobile phone for notifying of information associated with a location of the mobile phone of a person to be monitored. The mobile phone of the person to be monitored includes: a memory 22 for storing routing data downloaded from a location information notification server 15; a location detection section 26 for positioning a present location; a detection means (control section 21) that detects that the mobile phone of the person to be monitored is deviated from a path stored in the memory 22; and a notification means (control section 21) for, when the deviation of the mobile phone from the path is detected, causing the mobile phone to notify to that effect to a prescribed monitoring person.
