PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inlet and outlet piping structure of an intercooler capable of supplying fluid into each tube uniformly and reducing stress applied to a root part of tube and having strength suppressing deformation even for the fluid having high pressure.;SOLUTION: This inlet and outlet piping structure of the intercooler is constituted by branching an entrance pipe 5 to have a plurality of flow passages from one flow passage in a remote end part 5a apart from a header tank 4 of the intercooler to a connection part 5b of the header tank to prevent occurrence of fluid pressure loss in flow between the remote end part and the connection part substantially.
