PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for production by which a monoclonal antibody against a canine hematopoietic precursor cell can be obtained.;SOLUTION: The method for producing the monoclonal antibody recognizing the canine hematopoietic precursor cell comprises the following steps. a step of charging a canine peripheral monocyte into a neonatal mouse and introducing immunological tolerance, a step of separating a homatopoietic precursor cell fraction from canine marrow liquid, a step of administering the separated hematopoietic precursor cell fraction to the grown mouse and immunizing the mouse and a step of preparing a hybridoma from a splenic cell of the mouse after the immunization.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
