LNG RECEIPT/DELIVERY QUANTITY MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LNG receipt/delivery quantity management device and method that enable a grasp of a proper receipt/delivery quantity in consideration of various affecting factors in order to determine an LNG receipt/delivery quantity.;SOLUTION: The LNG receipt/delivery quantity management device is provided with: an actual measurement balance measurement means (a liquid level meter 93) for measuring a remaining amount of LNG remaining in an LNG tank 30; a delivery quantity measurement means (a delivery quantity meter 94) for measuring an LNG delivery quantity, a receipt quantity measurement means (a power-generation LNG quantity meter 95, a sales LNG quantity meter 96, and a loading LNG quantity meter 97) for measuring an LNG receipt quantity; and a correction means (a control part 10) for correcting the remaining amount of LNG, LNG delivery quantity, LNG receipt quantity on the basis of correction factors such as an LNG physical property value and errors or the like of measuring equipment. The delivery quantity and the receipt quantity are compared with each other by a comparison means (the control part 10) so as to allow a warning generation means 80 to generate a warning when a comparison value exceeds a prescribed reference value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
