PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a method and system for presenting a set of graphic images on a television system. PSOLUTION: The sequence of frames of a video is received. The frames are decoded and scaled to reduced size frames, which are sampled temporally and periodically to provide selected frames. These selected frames are stored in a circular buffer and converted to graphic images.
