PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health apparatus capable of accurately pushing electrodes against target muscles.;SOLUTION: This health chair 12 is fixed with wearing belts 31, 32, 33 and 34 disposed with electrodes 41-56 on its seat 24 and its backrest 21 and is so formed that, when a user sits thereon and wears the wearing belts 31 32, 33 and 34 on the body, pairs of positive/negative electrodes 41-56 are pushed against the target muscles.
