PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twisted thread cylindrical tool, a polishing method with the twisted thread cylindrical tool, and a polishing device equipped with the twisted thread cylindrical tool which do not require for exchanging a workpiece between grinding devices.;SOLUTION: Polishing liquid 5 is soaked in the twisted thread cylindrical tool 2 which is cylindrically formed by twisting the thread. The grinding wheel 6, in which a holder 3 for polishing the workpiece 1 by the tip end of the twisted thread cylindrical tool 2 is mounted to a tool spindle 7, is mounted to a spindle tool so as to be surrounded by the holder 3.
