PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic conversion method of an extended activity diagram (EAD) into a hardware component graph (HCG). PSOLUTION: Before converting a high-level language (for example, Java(R), C++) into a hardware description language (VHDL), the high-level language is required to be converted into the extended activity diagram (EAD), and successively the extended activity diagram (EAD) is converted into the hardware component graph (HCG), and a connection relation between a hardware component and a hardware component is shown by using the hardware component graph (HCG), and then a corresponding hardware description language program code is generated, based on the hardware component graph (HCG).
