PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for removing an object adhered to a sea baserock for a back hoe capable of removing lime, algae, etc. adhered to the sea baserock quickly and evenly and suppressing quantity of sea baserocks crushed at the time by a simple structure and to provide a device for removing the object adhered to the sea baserock using this attachment.;SOLUTION: A rotary head 5 of the attachment 3 mounted on a boom 2a of the submerged back hoe 2 is rotated. When a wire brush 12 is brought into contact with the baserock R, the rotary head 5 swings centered on a supporting shaft 6 by following recessed and projecting parts on the baserock R, and the swing is buffered by an air damper 7.
