PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for physiologically increasing the blood serum level of testosterone, estrogen or HGH. PSOLUTION: The composition for physiologically increasing male and female hormones such as testosterone, estrogen and HGH comprises an effective amount of forskolin and/or its derivative. The composition comprises forskolin and/or its derivative in an amount of about 1% to 100% in combination with at least one kind of pharmacologically acceptable carrier or excipient. The method for preparing forskolin or its derivative from a Coleus forskohlii plant is provided. The composition of forskolin and its derivative is prepared from the method.
