PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic respond control apparatus capable of preventing pressure variation by placing a damper acting on a viscous material without having any difference in velocity distribution and making the size of the damper as a minimized size without closing a class by the damping device such as a seismic respond control wall or the like.;SOLUTION: A building structure consists of supporting legs 6a and 6b connecting one end section to one of the first layer of both up and down layers installed between both up and down layers of the building structure, a resisting body connected to the first layer with the first pin connections 7a and 7b, one end to the other of the second layer of both up and down layers with the second pin connection 10, the other end is connected to the resisting body with the third pin connections 12a and 12b and, at the same time, an arm 18 equipped with a pin bearing point 14 also used for the rotation center by connecting it to the other end section of the supporting legs, displacement is made to amplify upon the ratio of a distance to the second pin connection from the pin bearing point to a distance to the third pin connections from the pin bearing point, and resistance force concerning the ratio of distance is made to generate by applying the amplified displacement to the resisting body and is made to act on the building structure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
