PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for pushing out a tooth restorative material mixed and kneaded in a capsule, which has excellent operability so as to prevent a powder component, etc., from being scattered from the capsule. PSOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a compression coil spring 4 into which a cylindrical piston rod 1 having a slit 1c is inserted, which is arranged between a leak preventing cover 2 abutting on the capsule and the ratchet body 3 formed with a ratchet rack part 3cb and fixed with the piston rod 1; a housing body 5 provided with a support passage 5b for putting through the leak preventing cover 2 and a guide passage 5c where the ratchet body 3 is arranged so as to be freely movable in a front and rear direction; a ratchet body-locking leaf spring 6 for blocking the movement of the ratchet body 3; a lever 7 for moving the ratchet rack part 3cb forward when a lever body 7a is rotated upward and restoring the lever body 7a to an initial position when rotary force is released; a release body 8 for releasing the lock state of the ratchet rack part 3cb when pressurized downward; and a stopper means 9 for stopping the ratchet body 3 at the initial position.
