CYTOTOXIC T-CELL EPITOPE PEPTIDE CAPABLE OF SPECIFICALLY ATTACKING CELL INFECTED WITH EPSTEIN-BARR VIRUS AND USE THEREOF

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cytotoxic T-cell epitope peptide specific to Epstein-Barr virus (abbreviated as EBV), a vaccine for the treatment or prevention of the infection with EBV or cancers positive to the virus by using the peptide, an agent for the passive immunotherapy to EBV, and a method for quantitative determination of cytotoxic T-cell specific to EBV. PSOLUTION: A cell produced by introducing the mRNA of LMP1 and EBNA1 which are EBV-related proteins into an antigen-presenting cell induces a cytotoxic T-cell specific to EBV. The cytotoxic T-cell recognizes the epitope peptides presented by HLA-A*0206 molecule, HLA-Cw*0303 molecule or HLA-Cw*0304 molecule, inhibits the growth of a B-cell infected with EBV, and has cytolytic action to NK lymphoma or NK cell infected with EBV.
