METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DISTINGUISHING GAS REPLACEMENT STATE IN GAS PIPING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for distinguishing gas replacement state in gas piping and a method and a system by which a gas within the gas piping is replaced by a different gas to be collected.;SOLUTION: There is provided the method by which the gas within the gas piping is replaced by a different gas to be collected. When a different gas is introduced from one end of the gas piping and the gas within the gas piping is extruded to thereby replace a gas by a different gas, flowing sounds of an internally flowing gas are collected from an outer surface of the gas piping to distinguish a replacement state of the internally flowing gas. When a mixed gas of the gas to be replaced and different gas to substitute for the former gas has begun to outflow, the mixed gas is collected by a gas absorbing container which has been vacuated in advance and is filled with activated charcoal. Then, when the outflowing gas from the other end of the gas piping has changed into a pure different gas, the different gas is stopped from introducing.
