PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially advantageous structure of a fluid-sealed vibration isolating device with an air chamber for operating an air pressure capable of rising pressure of liquid in a liquid chamber to a high pressure.;SOLUTION: The air chamber 32 is formed between a cylinder metal piece 20 and a bottom metal piece 22 for structuring a second attaching member and a seal projection 66 for easily falling down to inside of the air chamber 32 by compression deformation is provided between both the metal pieces 20, 22. While the air chamber 32 is being formed, as the cylinder metal piece 20 and the bottom metal piece 22 are brought close to each other and overlaid, volume of the air chamber 32 is reduced by an approaching quantity of both the metal pieces 20, 22 and a quantity corresponding to volumetric quantity of the seal projection 66 for intruding in the air chamber 32 by falling down and thus its inner pressure is increased.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
