PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood crusher which does not spoil the transporting property of a wood to be crushed and can prevent variation of crushing particle size and lowering of the crushing efficiency without pre-treatment of a long-sized wood to be crushed.;SOLUTION: A self-propelled type wood crusher comprises a hopper 2 for receiving the wood to be crushed, a transporting means 3 for transporting the wood to be crushed which is received in the hopper 2, a press roller 4 for pressing, from upward, the wood to be crushed which is transported by the transporting means 3, a crushing unit 5 for crushing the wood to be crushed which is supported by the transporting means 3 and the press roller 4, a transfer conveyer 6 for transferring crushed pieces crushed in the crushing unit 5 outside a crusher body, and a traveling means 7, wherein an auxiliary means 9 for loading the wood to be crushed is arranged at the opposite-side end part of the crushing unit 5 in the longitudinal direction of the hopper 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
