PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver different contents, increase variation of a story in a game, and have further amusement, in a player participation game in which a scene is shifted according to a predetermined scenario. PSOLUTION: When access is made from a user terminal, a plurality of kinds of access related information relating to the access from the user terminal (position information on the user terminal, the number, frequency, or time of access by the user terminal, or the like) are identified. A content corresponding to the plurality of kinds of identified access-related information is selected and delivered on the basis of a scenario definition file having a plurality of contents allowed to be delivered in the game which are related to the plurality of kinds of access related information, respectively, so that the contents to be delivered are selected according to the scenario.
